Friday's Rockin' Roundup - Winner, Winner Edition

I am pleased to announce the winners of the From Good Homes contest. Out of all the numerous entries received, Mark Drexler and Julie Trauerts each won a pair of tickets to see From Good Homes at The Wellmont Theatre this December. Congratulations Mark and Julie! Enjoy the show.

If you weren’t able to win this time around, tickets are still available here: http://www.wellmonttheatre.com/event/5343 I will also be attending one of those shows, so you can expect a review of what the night was like. Ideas are being fleshed out for future contests/giveaways, so be sure to stay tuned.

A special thanks goes out to our friends at The Wellmont Theatre and From Good Homes for making this contest possible.

In honor of the From Good Homes contest coming to an end, this week’s edition of Friday’s Rockin’ Roundup is dedicated to them.

From Good Homes Official Website
From Good Homes has recently revamped their website. The new design is pretty sleek and there’s some cool live songs to stream. Check it out!

Interview With Patrick Fitzsimmons
Earlier this month, Patrick Fitzsimmons was kind enough to answer some questions for The Rock And Roll Guru. Covering topics such as the reunion shows, why the band split up when they did, and a where are they now rundown, Patrick provided some great information.

Maybe We Will
This is a live video of the band performing Maybe We Will at last December’s show.

Todd’s Other Band
And here is a link to the Railroad Earth homepage. Railroad Earth is the band that lead singer Todd Sheaffer formed after From Good Homes split in the late 90s. He has been recording and touring with this band ever since.
